Chroma 62000D系列雙向可程控直流電源供應器兼具電源及負載特性,雙象限操作,可允許待測物的能量饋入此電源,適用于新能源之儲能系統測試,如光伏/儲能混合式逆變器、電池儲能變流器(PCS)等測試于模擬儲能電池之充電與放電轉換。62000D也適用新能源車應用之雙向車載充電器(BOBC)、雙向直流轉換器、DC-AC馬達驅動器等電源管理系統,借以取代電池達到雙向的電源轉換模擬測試。
傳統直流電源于馬達驅動器測試時,需搭配二極體于輸出防止逆灌,以及需增加電子負載作為馬達煞車時或下坡運轉時的逆灌電流消耗負載。而62000D系列雙向直流電源供應器可作為直流電源輸出,亦可作為直流電子負載操作,具一機雙用,滿足馬達驅動器測試,節省體積空間及簡易配置,更能將逆灌能量反饋至電網,達到節能效益,同時針對跨象限的瞬時響應能力,62000D擁有高速的瞬時響應時間小于1.5ms (-90%to+90%)。
62000D系列雙向直流電源包含9個不同的機型,3U高度內含18kW為業界之高功率密度設計,單機輸出功率范圍從6kW到18kW,輸出電流范圍可達±540A,電壓范圍至1800V。62000D可由主從控制簡易均流并聯10臺儀器,達180kW供大功率應用。
62000D系列雙向直流電源具有100步驟可編程設定,使用者可透過List Mode自訂編輯所需輸出波形,且62000D系列并具有高斜率控制,可滿足許多測試需求,例如部分新能源汽車零 部件測試法規LV123、LV148等測項所需,搭配Chroma Softpanel軟件界面,使用者更可一鍵操作輸出測試。
62000D系列雙向直流電源為通用電壓200~480Vac輸入,具主動式PFC低電流諧波饋網,尤其在高功率測試環境下明顯節省用電成本及電力系統配置、降低測試環境溫度,適用于全球各地區電力系統,并可選擇多種控制方式, 支援數位USB/LAN/CAN/GPIB通訊界面及類比APG界面。
